Our residence, Appartement Tirol, is the perfect place for a carefree vacation with family and friends in the breathtaking South Tyrolean Alps. Here, you’ll experience the ideal blend of relaxation and exciting leisure activities.

Thanks to our peaceful yet central location, just a few kilometers from Kronplatz and Brunico, we are the perfect starting point for refreshing hikes and unforgettable ski days. Whether it's hiking in the Dolomites during summer, exploring South Tyrol's many museums, or relaxing at the nearby Cron4 swimming pool in Riscone, the outdoor pool in Brunico, or one of the many natural swimming lakes, there's something for everyone. In winter, the Kronplatz/Dolomiti Superski region offers a wealth of experiences for skiers, cross-country skiers, ice skaters, toboggan fans, snowshoers, and more.

We offer cozy holiday apartments for 2 to 12 people, featuring:

St. Lorenzen

Just a short walk from our residence, you’ll find the charming village of St. Lorenzen, where you can explore local bakeries, butcher shops, and a supermarket. If you don’t feel like cooking, enjoy a delicious pizza from the wood oven or Mediterranean delicacies at the Post Restaurant in the village square. On the opposite side, the Gasthof Traube pampers you with traditional South Tyrolean specialties.

Brunico

The picturesque town of Brunico, nestled in the heart of the Puster Valley, invites you to stroll through its historic streets, shop in local boutiques, or relax in cozy cafés. Culture lovers will enjoy Brunico’s offerings, including the Messner Mountain Museum RIPA at Brunico Castle, the South Tyrol Museum of Cultural and Folk Art in Dietenheim, and many historical buildings and castles.

Kronplatz – South Tyrol’s Number 1 Ski Resort

Kronplatz is one of the most modern and diverse ski resorts in the Alps. With 31 lift facilities and over 120 kilometers of slopes at all difficulty levels, there is something for every skier and snowboarder. Cross-country skiers, ski tourers, and tobogganing fans will also find plenty of options. Of course, there are numerous cozy mountain huts offering culinary highlights and après-ski options to round off the day perfectly.

Sebatum Ski Rental

Located just 1 kilometer from our residence, at the large parking lot near St. Lorenzen’s train station, is Sebatum Ski Rental. With professional advice and high-quality equipment, Fabi and Didi’s team will ensure your ski holiday is truly unforgettable.
